Valentine Play Date

As a Valentine’s Day gift to the boys, Sandy signed them up for the Valentine Play Date at Kindermusik. The boys and Sandy have visited Kindermusik on two previous occasions, but this was my first time. I let Sandy participate with the twins in the activities while I stood back observing and taking photos. What I saw were two little boys who loved music, especially Davey. Having previously experienced this twice before, they were very comfortable with environment and activities. Neither was bashful or inhibited in play, which was excellent, and at times they were too comfortable with the situation. Benji’s attention strayed at times and Davey would wander around the room when he should have been sitting and listening to Miss Cathy. We need to find them some more structured classroom opportunities like these so that they can learn the proper behavior for school.
