Two Kentucky teams made it to the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, and both played last night. Since the boys are sixteen weeks old I thought they would be good luck for our teams. We were delighted to see Louisville defeat Tennessee to advance to the Elite Eight Round to face North Carolina. Western Kentucky looked bad in the first half against #1 seeded UCLA, but courageously fought back to make it a close game. The boys seem to enjoy the movement and bright colors on the television and act confused by my emotional responses to game play…that is when they were awake.
