Asleep at the plate

Mom and Dad keep giving us activity toys requiring kicking, jumping, reaching and dancing. How am I supposed to keep growing and gaining weight if I’m burning all of my calories playing? The folks are relentless about advancing our physical development. We do all these exercises to build our muscles. Look at my thighs; they look like cannons and are as hard as steel. The parents are constantly encouraging us to sit up, crawl, stand and walk. Do they know how much energy it takes to do all those things? I’ll tell you the truth, being a baby is exhausting.
