Sandy and I haven’t been out much without the boys. One problem has been the twins are very demanding at this stage and a handful for babysitters. This week Owensboro is holding the International Mystery Writers Festival, and we purchased tickets for four consecutive evenings of live theater. The Edds Grandparents agreed to watch them two nights, our friends’ daughters, Kaitlyn and Erin Ford watched them one night, and our friends, the Freers, watched them last night. Originally we asked Taylor Freer and a friend to baby-sit. Taylor chose her mother Tammy to help, but her daddy Mark and brother Ryan wanted to join them too after soccer practice. When we returned, all Freers were smiling, and both boys were peacefully sleeping.

Mystery Angels
