National Treasure Two

It was our night, mine and Sandy’s, to share together ALONE! Even when we first met and lived in different cities an hour apart, we dedicated Friday nights for date nights. Even after we married, no matter how demanding our careers were, we went out and did something special together on Friday nights. We still treasure Friday nights, but now we have company. Last night, rather than going out to the theater, we screened a movie at home, with the boys. We popped popcorn, piled in the bed and turned on the movie. Our guests were wiggly and loud, more interested in playing than watching, but by the second act both were asleep. Given the situation, the movie title couldn’t have been more appropriate.
