Say Uncle, Daddy

I don’t know if baby girls wrestle, but baby boys do, a lot. They love the act of physical engagement where they can test their strength and agility. Wrestling is also a way they communicate affection for others. Both boys are amazingly strong and flexible. Usually just after eating, when blood sugar is peaking, the boys are ready to mix it up a bit with Daddy Dave. They will climb, clinch, hold, pull, kick, push and flip. On Daddy’s part, these slap-down wrestling matches usually include lots of holding the boy up in the air, sometimes by the ankles, kisses to the cheeks, and making raspberries on the bellies. This fun is a win-win for everyone.
